02 / Optional integration
Keep your schedule connected
GCS users can optionally connect their Google account to synchronise eligible bookings from GCS to Google Calendar. When a synchronised booking is updated, rescheduled or cancelled in GCS, the corresponding Google Calendar event can also be updated.
This is a one-way integration from GCS to Google Calendar. Changes made directly in Google Calendar do not overwrite booking information in GCS.
Connecting Google Calendar is optional. Users can continue using other GCS features without connecting a Google account.
